What is the quickest way to reach you?

A phone call. We are usually out on properties, so if we miss you leave a message with your address and we call back the same day. The form works well for anything that is not urgent.

What should I include when I ask for a quote?

Your address, what you want done, and roughly how big the yard is. Photos help a lot, especially for bed work and design projects. With a clear photo we can often price a job without scheduling a visit at all.

When can I expect to hear back?

Same day during the week if you reach us before late afternoon. Saturdays we are on properties until early evening, so messages left then usually get answered Monday morning rather than over the weekend.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

No storefront — we are a mobile crew working out of trucks and trailers across Allegheny County. Everything gets handled by phone and at your property, which keeps our overhead low and the prices along with it.

Question 5

Are you open on Sundays?

Accepted Answer

We are closed Sundays. Monday through Saturday we start at eight and run through early evening, a little later on Saturdays. Anything that comes in Sunday gets a reply first thing Monday.
